Shipping costs vary from €0 to €990 depending on the type of work. The increase in shipping costs is linked to the size and fragility of the work: in case of need it is in fact necessary to create a custom-made wooden case to protect the work from possible damage during transport. The cost of the crate and packaging is always included in the shipping cost.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated before proceeding with payment.

Delivery times for European Union member countries are a maximum of 5 working days for jobs requiring a protective case. For shipments outside the EU there may be delays caused by customs.

Returns

If the work is not what you expected and you wish to return it, you can do so within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Send us an email at guareschiarte@gmail.com. We will send you the Return Authorization Form via email, without which your return will not be accepted and will be sent back. Subsequently, you will need to carefully package the work and send it to the address:

What to do if the work arrives damaged?

When the express courier delivers the work to you, you must first of all make sure that the package is not broken or wet. However, we advise you to accept with reservation.

If, once the package has been opened, the work is damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date, sending us photos that clearly show the damage to guareschiarte@gmail.com.
